Comparative figures which have been recast from the previous year for the software operations (before Ramco Systems was demerged) show a turnover of Rs 70.85 crore and a net loss of Rs 2.69 crore.

The operating profit has grown to Rs 25.34 crore compared to Rs 14.31 crore in the previous year, up 77 per cent. Interest stood at Rs 8.5 crore (Rs 7.29 crore), amortisation was Rs 10.91 crore (Rs 5 crore). A sum of Rs 12 lakh was provided for taxation. Ramco's global consolidated revenues stood at $39.4 million, a growth of 75 per cent over the previous year's $22.52 million.
