Bangalore, May 12: Bharati Enterprise is going in for an ADR listing to mop up a minimum of $150 million within the calendar year, according to the company's chairman & group managing director Sunil Bharti Mittal. In prepartion of listing, the company has recently adopted GAAP.Briefing the media here on Friday, Mittal said the group's flagship company Bharati Televentures Ltd (a service network firm) was likely to be listed. On acquisition plans, he said the group was looking at more acquisitions and currently was in talks with a couple of potential brands partners.
``We have realised that we have capacity for two or more extra acquisitions,'' he said.
Bharati Enterprise launched its mobile services AirTel in Karnataka on Friday after it successfully forayed into Himachal Pradesh and Delhi. The company also has plans to enter Andhra Pradesh and Chennai within a month, he said. Mittal said the company was expecting to cross a 100,000 mark customer base within a fortnight. Bharati Enterprise had recently acquired JTM brand shelling out a total of Rs 600 crore.
