Sales Plus Plus introduces software for sales managers

Hyderabad: Sales Plus Plus, a Visakhapatnam-based sales training and consultancy firm, has launched what it claims to be, India's first sales force management software .

Priced at Rs 9,995, the package is christened SalesMentor and will enable sales managers to monitor up-to-the-minute down-end sales personnel and update information such as discounts, schemes.Rakesh Marwaha, president, Sales Plus Plus told the press persons here that the company had targeted to sell 5,000 licences in the first year of its operation.

"We have identified 50,000 organisations in the country which are likely to be prospective buyers of this unique package", he said.Marwaha said the software will empower the sales department to re-order processing and puts every sales person in command of his prospects, clients and operations.

It will keep track of leads and reminds the salesman at the designated time and helps his to make more effective calls, he said.The integrated features include: Information Pool-completely classified data covering products, people, targets, competitors information and prices.Further, it will enable the user to prepare reports and analyse them, he said. The manager and his men can interact through e-mail facility which will reduce the morning briefing time, Marwaha elaborated.
