Centre plans trust to manage ESOPs for PSU staff
Government is weighing the option of setting up a trust to manage ESOPs for PSU employees. The trust is likely to be preferred over direct delivery of ESOPs to the employees so that sudden, heavy selling in the market could be avoided.
