Genesys International , a Mumbai-based technology solutions provider specialising in the areas of spatial resource planning and Internet-related consulting and web enablement has just availed of investments to the tune of Rs 31.28 crore from eight leading mutual funds and Enron Corporation.

AgrEvo, Rhone-Poulenc Agro to decide on merger by year-end
