Shree Krishna is now Eshkay K 'n' IT
The share holders of Shree Krishna Petro Yarns, the flagship company of the Rs 2000 crore Krishna group, have approved the change of the company's name to Eshkay K`n'IT (India), at an extra-ordinary general meeting held recently. The requisite statutory approval for the change in name is expected soon, a company press release said.Hindustan Inks posts Rs 24cr net profit
Hindustan Inks and Resins, the flag ship company of the Bilakhia group has announced financial results for the year ended March 31,2000.The company has registered a net profit of 24 crore as compared to Rs 23 crore in the previous fiscal. Total sales of the company increased from Rs 174.9 crore to Rs 219.2 crore in the financial year 1999-2000. The company has declared a total dividend of 75 per cent on pro-rata basis (including an interim dividend of 50 per cent) according to a company press release issued on Wednesday.
