Tata Honeywell, Group 4 Securitas JV takes off
Tata Honeywell's 50:50 joint venture with Group 4 Securitas has become operational. The new company, Central Monitoring Services India Private Ltd (CMS India Ltd), will be setting up six central monitoring stations across the country, the first of which will open on July 6.
