Kailash Rajwadkar
Mumbai, July 20: Blue Dart has relaunched its interactive website to enable customers to track the status of consignments by keying the waybill or the "shipper reference number". Details pertaining to the proof of delivery of the consignment will also be available on the site.

The "customer friendly" site also provides for other interactive features to assist the customer in finding the transit time or the delivery date between any two locations as well as the charges for the same. "The company has spent around Rs 2 crore to integrate the back-end with the front-end and making its existing website interactive," Blue Dart managing director, Clyde Cooper said.

The company, which has pumped in around Rs 37 crore for developing its software and Internet operations since 1988, hopes to augment its current fiscal's turnover by around 35 per cent.
