Aptech acquires US-based Specsoft for $10 million
Software and infotech training company, Aptech Ltd has acquired Specsoft Consulting Inc of USA for a consideration of about $10 million. Aptech will appoint a majority of the board of directors of Specsoft.

Radio waves -- Govt to allow third-party infrastructure service providers for FM
Govt has paved the way for entry of third-party infrastructure service providers in the radio business. In the Letters of Intent to be issued from August 1 by the I&B Ministry to private FM radio broadcasters, the govt has approved of broadcasters availing of infrastructure services from third parties.
