After e-Holi and e-Rakhi, it's now e-Ganesh pooja
Devotees can now offer prayers and flowers and even put sandalwood tilak on the forehead of Lord Ganesh at the click of a mouse. A new Website, Rajbhasha.com, allows virtual pooja without the aid of a priest and lets you ring the holy bell. The site was launched Thursday, ahead of the ten-day celebration of Ganesh Chaturthi from Friday. The e-Ganesh site has stotras (holy chants) and performs a step-by-step pooja, asking the devotee to offer flowers and tirtha to the elephant-headed god, all under the audio-visual experience of a religious ritual.Enhancement Tech to set up call-centre at B'lore
Chennai-based Enhancement Technologies India (P) Ltd has tied up with Falah Information Technologies to set up a 250 seat call-centre at Bangalore. The centre will be set up at a cost of $1.7 million. The call-centre will be the biggest in South India and employ 600 professionals, according to a company press release.
Chennaiepages aims to provide listing services
Chennaiepages.com, launched recently, aims to provide listing services to companies. The portal claims to be the city's first e-business directory. It has provisions for paid and free ads. The Website will provide value added services such as business enquiry and sales order form for the listing provided.
