The portal www.vibration-engineers.com will provide one-stop solution for machinery maintenance problems to implement specialised solutions in machine health condition monitoring besides vibro-tribo-acoustic diagnosis, turnkey maintenance services, implementation of TPM & RCM etc. With this portal, now the customers can get instantaneous solutions both for diagnostics and implementation of corrective actions.

Once the customer feeds in the data to the portal, the company with the help of its expert team will analyse the issue and within 8 to 12 hours will give solutions to the customers, said Mr M G Poduval, managing director of the company at a press conference in Chennai on Tuesday. The portal will also conduct on-line training programmes in some of the specialised areas for students and practising engineers. One time registration fees for students is fixed at Rs 500 and for practising engineers it is fixed at Rs 1000.

The company has so far invested Rs 4.8 crore towards instruments required for the purpose and also for development of software. It is planning to invest Rs 5 crore further for this service.
