K Gilt announces dividend

Mumbai, Sept 26: Kotak Mahindra Mutual Fund on Tuesday declared a tax-free dividend of 7.3 paise per unit (annualised yield of 8.81 per cent for investors entering at ex-dividend NAV in August) for its K Gilt savings plan for September 2000 and a maiden tax-free dividend of 7.9 paise per unit for its K Gilt serial plan 2001 (annualised yield of 9.30 per cent since its inception in August 2000) for the quarter ending September 30,2000. u The record date for both dividends was September 25. The cum-dividend NAVs were Rs 10.428 for the savings plan and Rs 10.101 for the serial plan 2001.The K Gilt serial plan 2001 invests in government securities maturing up to the end of calendar year 2001.
