Corporation Bank to hold 50% stake in life insurance venture

New Delhi, Oct: Corporation Bank will hold a 50 per cent stake in itsproposed life insurance venture and is close to inking a deal with an Indianand foreign partner."We have informed the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) about the proposed venturewhere the bank will hold a majority 50 per cent," Corporation Bank chairmanand managing director (concurrent charge) NS Gujral said.
