Sensex falls to 16-month low
Taking a cue from the Nasdaq, which lost 115 points overnight on Tuesday, stock prices, both from the Old and New Economy, pulled Sensex further down by 109 points as the benchmark index continued to fall for the fourth consecutive day.

The fourth all-India household investors survey recently conducted by Dr L C Gupta's Society for Capital Market Research and Development has thrown up very interesting insights on the household investors' perception of US-64.
Outlook appears negative, next support around 3600 pts
The fall did not come as a major surprise on Wednesday. Helped by a strong selling pressure in tech stocks like Infosys and Satyam Comp, the index dipped to a 16-month low of 3804 points.
