Share prices of top index stocks from the Old Economy touched their new 52- week low levels on Monday. This included SBI and ICICI. Slow down in the economy and low credit off-take is being causing concern among the market players.

Bangalore SE plans foray into Internet trading
Bangalore Stock Exchange Ltd is bracing itself to become one of the first exchanges to offer Internet trading in the country. BgSE president Jagdish V Ahuja told The Financial Express that the exchange would introduce Internet trading by early next year.

Mindteck to raise Rs 46 cr via preferential, rights issues
Mindteck (India), a software development company, is making a preferential offer at Rs 120 per share to the US-based Infotech Holdings Inc and a rights issue at Rs 100 per share to raise over Rs 46 crore to fund the acquisition of a software company in the US and for meeting the capital expenditure.
