Hyderabad : Seranova Inc, a global ebusiness consulting firm, through its Global Mobility Lab in Hyderabad has developed a new product called - SeraNova Rapid Mobiliser (SRM) for the new developers and enterprises. The company is pitching for the prospective customers.The Rapid Mobiliser offers mobile-enabling five selected financial service assets on a Website in 15-days time, Mr Nagaraja Srivatsan, vice president, digital vision labs, SeraNova Incorporation, told the mediapersons here on Monday.
SRM, with its unique rapid depeloyment framework, will help move applications from Web to wireless in no time to enable the customers get benefit from wireless initiative, Mr Srivatsan said.
SRM provides a comprehensive development and runtime environment for rapidly extending Web business process to accommodate any wireless device. Analysis and extraction technologies that can intelligently analyse any online business process and retrieve relevant content for delivery to any mobile device, he explained.
The product, priced in the range of $50,000 to $75,000, focuses on mobilising `business features' on your Website rather than screen scrapping the site, which involves analysis of data requirements, intelligent content retrieval and remodeling of data produced and transformation and delivery of the remodeled data, he said.
SRM, a pure Java product run on all platforms, has broad support for almost all industry standard databases like MS SQL server, Oracle, Sybasee and Informix. It uses industry standard architectures and technologies such as enterprise Java Beans, XML, XML Schema and XSL, he said. The product will work on vertical forums like financial services, healthcare, logistics and for corporates enablement in integration notes, exchanges, appointments, personal informations, etc.
The mobility lab supports the SeraNova's client mobile consulting engagements in the US, Europe and Asia Pacific. The mobile phone Internet has the potential to be a much bigger phenomenon on a global basis, he claimed.
