Mumbai : Juniper Networks and Blue Star Limited have struck a partnership for distribution of Juniper's high speed Internet backbone routers in India. Juniper Networks has also launched their M5 and M10 Internet backbone router.Blue Star has been appointed as Juniper Networks' value add reseller, wherein it will be able to provide their entire range of products and services in India. This is Blue Star's first venture into the networking arena.Mr Ashok Advani, chairman of Juniper Networks, said: "We have invested mainly in people, equipment and technical training of our people and as the business grows we would continue to invest more on people."
The new Internet backbone routers deliver high-performance and flexible interfaces in a space-and-power efficient design. Mr Advani added that they will be targeting almost all the service providers.
