Kavita Nair
Mumbai : Indiaproperties.com, the real estate e-market is launching Indiaproperties call assist centres to make accessible their database of listed properties to property seekers across the country. These call centers will be set up in 18 places, nine of which will be operational immediately and the other nine will be operational in the next quarter. These centres will be operational in places like Delhi, Chennai, Mumbai, Pune, Cochin, Chandigargh, Ludhiana, Bangalore and Hyderabad.

Mr Naresh Malkani, e-Managing Director indiaproperties.com said "due to the low PC penetration only 20 per cent have access to the Internet while the other 80 per cent do not, what this 80 per cent can do is call our office and we will channelise them to the right people in the business." The company is also planning an advertising campaign for these call centres. The campaign will cover primarily the print medium.
