Addressing the press conference, Mr RP Singh, president (marketing), ICL, said that the comprehensive portal gives city-specific information and distinguished on the Internet as a site that contains valuable information on housing and home making in India.

He said the site offers property information, a peek into the history and projects of builders across the city, information with excellent data and an exhaustive list of service providers right from architects, building and painting contractors, purohits, plumbers, designers, carpenters, house keeping providers and a lot more.

Apart from this, information on vaastu shastra, housing finance, holiday spots and simple household tips to name a few, he said adding based on a logical sequence, the site also aims to help dream of owning a home, a reality.

A notable point in the venture is that all the services rendered through the site are free of cost and service providers are invited to register themselves to offer information about themselves through the site. One does not need registration to view information, he said.

e-Pagemaker, a Chennai-based e-services provider, has done the content and will maintain and enhance the scope of the site. The portal will soon go to Bangalore, Cochin and Pune, he said.
