Speaking with The Financial Express, Jobs DB India managing director KC John said,``Our jobsite is not a placement agency per se. We act as a facilitater to both the company and the jobseeker for their requirements. To us, the Internet provides the technology base complemented by a strong offline presence.'' JobsDB has invested $2.5 million in its Indian operations with a network of offices in all the metros. The company has launched Talent Hunt, a virtual job fair targeted at the Indian IT industry.
