Hyderabad : Wilco International Systems Pvt Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of ADP, has decided to market aggressively its outsourced Securities Data Management and Business Information Exchange (BIX) products, wholly developed at the Hyderabad centre. Targeting the overseas markets, the company has expanded its team to spearhead the sales globally by appointing heads for North America and Europe, according to a press release issued here on Wednesday.Securities data management is an outsourcing service for the management and cleansing of securities data for international and domestic financial institutions on an intra-day or overnight basis.
The data management group (DMG) in Hyderabad has expertise in client services and securities operations as well as in IT developments for data modeling and structuring and integration of various vendor feeds. This support group provides a fast, 24-hour, seven-day response to clients globally. BIX, a data repository product, provides a centralized repository for the distribution and co-ordination of company-wide business data on securities, clients, currencies, books and counter parties, according to a press release issued here on Wednesday.
It also eliminates duplicated effort of data maintenance and minimises risk from inconsistent data across a firm's securities operations. The combination of DMG and BIX provides a comprehensive solution for Straight Through Processing (STP).
To market it in a big way, Wilco has appointed John Grandinetti to head the North America operations and Giles Sarton from financial services industry, based in London, will be responsible for Europe sales.
