Reserve Bank of India's (RBI) governor Bimal Jalan said on Monday that the country's fiscal management should improve along with the public delivery system for macroeconomic policies to yield permanent results.
NEPC, Pentafour top wilful defaulters' list
Chennai-based NEPC India Ltd and Pentafour Products Ltd, along with the Mumbai-based Lloyds Steel Industries Ltd are the top three willful defaulters of loans as on March 31, 2000, against which banks and financial institutions have filed suits for the recovery of funds.
