NexGen's software development centre goes online

Hyderabad : The US-based software company NexGen Infosys Inc launched its offshore development centre - NexGen Interactive Systems Private Limited - in Hyderabad on Monday to develop software solutions for its parent company in the US. NexGen's range of software services include developing varied end-to-end solutions in the areas of customised application development, client-sever n-tier technology, Web designing and consulting, migration and legacy systems and e-commerce solutions. Addressing the press conference, L Ravi Shanker, chief executive officer, NexGen Interactive, said the ODC apart from mainly cater to its parent company will also focus on Europe, the Asia-Pacific region and the Middle-East.He said the company was holding talks with Saudi Arabian-based educational institution for a major contract, to develop 40 portals and expected to finalise the deal in a month's time.
