The first phase of this ambitious project will see the creation of an online presence for Tata Finance Cards. The site will shortly feature online application module, a secure service module that can be accessed by customers over the net, access to billing information, unique e-mail based customer support that will allow better management of customer relations, a loyalty platform and the "wisepoints" catalogue that is being launched, online tie-ups with SifyMall.com and Tringtring ISP to promote Internet trial and spend, links to various Tata Finance Group Companies and online promotions and branding activities through Internet advertising and contests.

One of the most critical elements in this initiative will be the nature of the partnerships that will be forged.
