TFL has indicated that it was keen on starting banking operations but was waiting for changes in RBI legislations for the same. "We are not ruling out possibilities of starting banking operations, but will wait for the RBI legislations to change, as there are hosts of issues that are hazy," deputy managing director TFL Subodh Shah said.
