Cognizant to invest $10 million in Bangalore facilities

Bangalore : Cognizant Technology Solutions is looking at investing close to $10 million towards expanding its facilities and operations in Bangalore. The company has also opened its software development centre in Bangalore, which is its ninth development center in India. The Bangalore centre is set to provide dedicated e-business and telecom solutions and will focus on building B2B applications and exchanges, portals, ASP enabled solutions and e-business application management solutions. The centre will also look at areas like wireless and mobile commerce solutions for telecom device manufacturers, equipment vendors and service providers.
