HM loss mounts to Rs 33.48 cr in Q3

Kolkata, Jan 23: Hindustan Motors has reported a Rs 33.48 crore loss for the third quarter to December 31, 2000, nearly three times the Rs 11.73 crore loss in the corresponding period of the last fiscal. Sales dipped to Rs 262.83 crore from Rs 287.32 crore in the same period of the previous fiscal.The company sold its earth-moving equipment division to business partner Caterpillar Inc of USA during the quarter.
