Intel, i-Flex join hands
i-Flex Solutions Limited and Intel Asia Electronics have entered in to an agreement to deploy Flexcube and Flexcube Information Center (FIC) on Intel Architecture-based platforms. Under this agreement, i-flex and Intel will address the financial services market with scalable high end, enterprise class solutions. The pact envisages the deployment across IA 32 and Itanium platform.

Aptech disburses student loans worth Rs 62 lakh
Aptech Limited has disbursed Rs 62 lakh worth loans to Aptech students towards IT training and education. Oracle Software in pact with Virtual Reality
Oracle Software India on Wednesday announced a strategic alliance with Virtual Reality Infosystems Ltd (VRIPL) for clinical research information and trials data management. "Through this partnership, Oracle will provide VRIPL with sub-licence rights in India to Oracle clinical suite", a company statement said in New Delhi.

Tata Infotech to implement WAN in Bengal
The West Bengal government has selected Tata Infotech Limited as its partner for a pilot project for the ambitious wide area network (WAN) in the state. According to the agreement, which was signed recently, Tata Infotech would be acting as system integrator for the pilot project to lay the foundation for the Rs 280 crore WAN. The WAN project aims at connecting all gram panchayats with the state headquarters for an effective e-governance.
