Datum plans IPO by February-end Datum Technologys (India) Ltd is all set for its IPO scheduled to open for public subscription by end-February 2001. The company has also received the SEBI card for their IPO of Rs 3.25 crore. The company is based in Bangalore and has development centres in Bangalore, Hyderabad and New Delhi. Datum Pune will also be functional from March this year.Sasken Communication in pact with YOZAN Sasken Communication Technologies Ltd has announced that it has entered into a tie-up with YOZAN Inc to provide its 3G protocol stack for the later's wireless chipset solution. The Sasken 3G Protocol stack will be used in the development of 3G enabled wireless chipset for the mobile terminal market under the agreement.
