Ahmedabad : Bharuch-based Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilzers Company (GNFC) has tied up with Baltimore Technologies of Ireland and Cybermate Infotek of Hyderabad to offer Public-Key Infrastructure (PKI) security systems and PKI enabled solutions.According to GNFC managing director Mr AD Deasi, the alliance would empower the company to provide turnkey solutions to the growing market in e-security system for doing business on public networks through Internet, Extranet or Intranet.
The fertiliser major, which had diversified into IT sector two years back, introduced PKI security framework particularly for government institutions implementing e-governance, besides banks, insurance companies and corporates houses.
Baltimore Technologies, a global major in development, customisation and marketing, will work with the Hyderabad firm to provide products and services via computer networks.
