Tanning -- Europe, India firms merge

Hyderabad : In a bid to consolidate its position, the subsidiaries of Tanning Technology Corporation, a global systems integrator providing IT solutions, Tanning Technology India Pvt Ltd and Tanning Europe, have merged to form a single entity - Tanning Technology International - to deliver high quality solutions for its global 2000 clients. Announcing the merger, AVR Venkatesa, COO, said that the new entity would market and sell Tanning's solution offerings in Europe through Tanning's global delivery model and also handle all its business outside North America.
