Ways India takes over McDonnel Associates
Ways India Ltd, the Mumbai based m-commerce focussed company, has announced the acquisition of McDonnel Associates Inc (MAI), a software consulting company headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts, with a turnover of $2.7 million. Through this transaction, MAI will become a 100 per cent subsidiary of Ways India. The valuation for the transaction was completed by KPMG. Mr J Rajagopal, CEO, Ways India, however was unwilling to disclose the price of acquisition. The acquisition will enable Ways to gain a presence in the US markets - a key business market identified by the company.
