Automakers cut prices after excise duty reduction
Prices of all passenger cars and two wheelers are set to go down from March 1. Auto and two wheeler companies will pass on the benefit of excise duty reduction of 8% on cars to 32% and of 8% SED removal to 16% on two wheelers.

Cement industry confident of facing up to competition
Putting up a brave face to the 10% reduction in import duty on cement and clinker, the domestic cement industry said it is confident of facing competition.
