The education portal eGurucool.com has launched its Smart Study Online Academic Helpline for students of Class VIII to XI of CBSE and ICSE board schools to provide direct interactions with the highly-qualified academicians. A team of experts will provide instant solutions to various queries from students. They can chat directly with experts to clarify their doubts in physics, chemistry, mathematics and biology. The helpline would run till April 1 between 8 am and 8 pm.Software training from Blueshift

Westinghouse launches power plant optimisation software
Westinghouse Electric Private Limited, the Indian subsidiary of Westinghouse Process Control Inc demonstrated for the first time in India its unique plant optimisation software called SmartProcess. The SmartProcess suite of products comprises tools that provide power producers increase operating capacity on existing units, help decrease operating and maintenance costs and enable enhanced unit efficiency. The Company provided a demonstration of SmartProcess at the Power-Gen India Exhibition and Conference, held in the New Delhi.
ACCEL ICIM, JD Edwards and SUN Microsystems to offer complete ERP package
ACCEL ICIM, the IT service provider and systems integrator has announced a tie-up with JD Edwards, to offer for the first time in India, a complete ERP solution package. The solution package consists of One world Xe, the latest version of JD Edwards enterprise software suite for collaborative commerce, right sized server from SUN Microsystems, Oracle RDBMS and implementation by Accel ICIM. Accel ICIM is offering this package in India at a price of Rs 25 lakh upwards for a limited period.
