The interim injunction was granted by Justice AK Rajan on a suit filed by a city resident Kalemullah seeking a court order restraining the company, their agents, distributors, bottlers and subsidiaries from conducting and advertising prize schemes and offering prizes for the purchase of Limca or any other soft drinks and beverages manufactured and marketed by the company.The judge also issued a notice, returnable on March 21, to the company and others concerned in the bottling and sales of its soft drinks.
