Eveready to sell tea estate Eveready Industries has decided to sell the Matelli tea estate to the Laxmi Tea Company of Kolkata, for a total consideration of Rs 20 crore, the company informed the BSE on Tuesday. The company had earlier entered into an agreement to sell the tea estate to Deeplok Plantations, which has now been cancelled.Crompton Greaves shareholdings transfer Crompton Greaves has proposed to transfer its shareholdings in CG Igarashi Motors and CTR Manufacturing Industries to its 100 per cent subsidiary, CG Capital & Investments.
