NDDB market to supply 30% of fruit, vegetable to Bangalore city
The Rs 150-crore `Safal' fruit and vegetable auction market, being set up in Bangalore by the Anand-based NDDB, has proposed to eventually supply 30% of fresh fruit and vegetables to the mega-city when completed, with provision for 100% expansion in future.

Selective subsidy can cause unit closures -- Fertiliser sector
The fertiliser industry has criticised the government's decision to link concession for plants based on naphtha and fuel oil to import parity prices, (IMPP), saying that it could lead to closure of several plants and a spurt in imports.
