Bharati offers host of special bargain packages

New Delhi: Close on the heels of Hutchison Essar, its competitor in Delhi, Bharati Cellular Limited has launched a slew of customer-friendly packages under its umbrella brand of AirTel. `Talker's Delight', one of the new packages, envisages an incoming call rate of Rs 1.25 and outgoing rate of Rs 2.35 per minute on a monthly commitment of Rs 1,000. The customer for the `Perfect Match' tariff plan, similarly visualises a monthly commitment of Rs 400 can avail incoming rates of Rs 1.50 and Rs 2.75 per minute. For both the new tariff plans there are optional Sunday special add-ons, wherein the customer on paying a monthly sum of Rs 149 will enjoy half of the applicable air-time rates on Sundays.Under the additional but optional `Happy Days' package a customer can make free air-time calls on any number of his/her choice for a monthly payment of Rs 99. In the `Just One' package, on a monthly payment of Rs 149 every month, one can make free outgoing calls as well as avail half the applicable tariff rates on Sundays for both incoming and outgoing calls. According to Mr Atul Jhamb, vice-president, marketing Bharti Cellular said: "The idea of these customised offerings is to ensure that our customers are in touch with those that matter to them the most, anytime, anywhere and at no extra cost."
