New Delhi, December 21: Police on Tuesday informed the Delhi juvenile justice board that the minor boy involved in the sexually explicit MMS case has destroyed the mobile phone used for making the clips.
The minor, who was produced before juvenile Justice Board's Principal Magistrate Santosh Snehi Mann, was send till January 4 to the observation home for boys run by NGO Prayas.
ACP M K Sharma told the court that the juvenile, during interrogation, disclosed that he had destroyed the instrument, SIM card and the clips but averted queries where he had deserted these items.
The boy, who was placed under the custody of juvenile welfare officer (JWO) for a day, was questioned in presence of his father as per court direction.
