MUMBAI, May 1: The city police today cleared Bollywood actress Pooja Bhatt from the changes of indecent exposure as the editor of Stardust admitted that the photograph was downloaded from an internet site.

Editor of Stardust, Omar Quereshi, admitted that the photograph was obtained from internet and neither the actress has posed for the photograph nor she has given consent for its publication. Both Bhatt and Quereshi were called by the police.

Joint commissioner of police (crime), R S Sharma tonight said that Bhatt will not be charge-sheeted as the Quereshi has admitted that it was downloaded from Internet.Sharma further said that Bhatt pleaded that she is a victim and not an accused.
