MUMBAI, May 17: Badla transactions for the settlement-ended May 16, witnessed the rates hovering around seven to eight per cent on an average.Exceptionally, the interest rates recorded at the counters of BSES and Hindustan Lever have declined substantially over the previous week's badla rates of eight to nine per cent.
