Mixed day for Indian golfers

BEIJING, May 17: It was an uneven day for two Indians in the fray as Arjun Singh climbed up and Vivek Bhandari slipped down the ranks-in the penultimate round of the $ 400,000 Volvo China Open Golf Championship here on Saturday. Delhi's Vivek Bhandari who was joint fourth at the end of the second round carded five over par 77 to total seven over par 223 (74,72,77) and went down to joint 34th place.

Bhandari's Delhi mate Arjun Singh, returned his first subpar round carding one under par 71 third round to total 222 (75,76,71) to move up joint 24th position from overnight 42nd slot.
