NEW DELHI, May 26: The Delhi High Court today issued notice to the Central Government asking it to show cause why a public interest litigation challenging the allotment of government accommodation to Priyanka Gandhi and her husband not be admitted for hearing.A division bench comprising acting Chief Justice Mahinder Narain and Justice S K Mahajan issued notice returnable on August 5. The notice was accepted in court by standing counsel K C Mittal.
