In an episode of the serial Shapath, telecast on Zee TV on June 3, 1997, one of the scene shows actor Kiran Kumar (who plays the role of a top police official) talking over the phone with his DIG. On the table one could see the Indian flag, among other things. The shocking part is that the flag was upside down.

One can definitely not expect a blunder of this magnitude to occur, especially while showing the office of the highest official of the police department. Zee TV is also seen in other countries.
