Padukone to head breakaway Indian Badminton Confederation

Prakash Padukone, the former world No 1 and All-England champion, yesterday officially launched the Indian Badminton Confederation (IBC) as a rival to the game's apex body in India -- the Badminton Association of India (BAI).
