Mutual funds face SEBI adjudication for violations
The Securities and Exchange Board of India will soon issue adjudication orders to three mutual funds for violations of various regulations including inter- and intra-fund transfers, back office work and failing to maintain arms length relationships between the sponsors and the fund managers.
