ROSMALEN, June 20: Holland's Richard Krajicek, American Michael Chang, Sweden's Jonas Bjorkman and Guillaume Raoux of France qualified for the semi-finals of the $ 500,000 ATP grass court tournament today.

Top seed Chang accounted for Spain's Francisco Clavet 6-7 (5/7), 7-6 (10/8), 6-1 despite falling over in the 12th game after a long rain interruption.Chang will meet the Wimbledon champion Krajicek, world ranked sixth, who knocked out Czech Martin Damm 7-6 (7/2), 7-6 (7-4).

In the other semifinal, fourth seed Bjorkman, who beat Holland's Fernon Wibier 6-2, 6-4, meets qualifier Raoux, who beat another Dutchman Sjeng Schalken 7-6 (7/5), 6-4.
