CHENNAI, June 19: The Chennai city police arrested a member of a gang, who confessed of having plotted the kidnapping of a hardware dealer's son for a huge ransom. Investigations revealed that two members of the gang, now arrested, had been employed earlier at the hardware shop, in Aminjikarai, here, according to the Chennai City Police Commissioner, V K Rajagopalan. The police is on the look out for the gang's leader.
