CHENNAI, June 19: Despite the CB CID's permission to remove the body of a youth murdered in the Hindu Munnani office blast in 1995, the All India Jihad Committee was not removed today as scheduled, as the committee decided to wait till the disposal of the petition pending in the city civil court, according to a spokesman.
