TADEPALLIGUDEM (West Godavari), June 19: A Kapu farmer, B Venkatarama Rao (43), unable to clear a loan borrowed by his father from the Bommidi Large-Scale Cooperative Credit Society (LCCS), killed himself by consuming pesticide, this week. His family has been going through a bad time for some time now, ever since Rama Rao's father fell ill and died of cancer. Rama Rao could not even sell off his land and repay the debts as only a fraction of the 5.80 acres of land was in his name, and the rest was in the name of his minor son.
